Day 7 - From the Sea to the USA
The morning of the last day, most of the Coast-to-Coast walkers met for breakfast in the hotel.
The sense of accomplishment each of us felt was icing on the cake of a most enjoyable vacation.
From the East Coast near Whitby, we were taken to Darlington train station by bus.
Most of us then boarded different trains and heading for different destinations. A majority were
going on to other exciting places, and only a few of us were heading home. The Wayfarers were
most accomodating. Nancy needed to catch an early train to make a connection to the USA so she was
provided a taxi at no expense to her hours earlier than the group.
